| The Ethiopian Ministry of Federal Affairs commissioned a review of the Institutional Support Project. The project focused on providing conflict research and analysis, as well as policy recommendations, to the government, particularly in relation to conflicts in the Ethiopian periphery and in relation to pastoral-sedentary and inter-ethnic conflict.
Mokoro consultant, Trish Silkin, carried out the review of the programme, assessing to what extent it succeeded in its aim of strengthening capacity in federalism, peace-building and conflict management. |
