Grace joined Mokoro in early 2023. Her background is in the support sectors (Finance, Human Resources and Logistics) of Humanitarian Aid and International Development. Prior to joining Mokoro she was working for a humanitarian relief organisation, based in the south of Madagascar, supporting WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene) and Nutrition projects responding to the drought and malnutrition crisis. She also spent 11 years of her childhood in Malawi and as such, her international experience is primarily in the African context. As Programme Coordinator for Mokoro, she contributes to the effective coordination and management of the varied research and consultancy portfolio, overseeing assignments from bid to completion stage. Grace is passionate about quality and efficiency, she particularly enjoys facilitating process improvement in the operational side, ensuring that programme staff are better supported in their work.
