Mokoro provided Principal Consultant, Martin Adams, to develop Land Policy Guidelines which would facilitate the development of Land Policies for the Member State of the Organisation of the Eastern Caribbean States (OECS).

These policy guidelines drew on the synthesis of national land related issues papers which were guided by thematic areas such as Key Legislation and Policies, Land Management and Administration Systems, Sustainable development, land markets, social equity, and climate change and variability.

The work involved filed visits, stakeholder interviews and workshops. Countries involved were; Grenada, St Vincent, St Lucia, Dominica, Antigua, St Kitts, Montserrat, Anguilla and BVI.
