Mokoro consultant, Mary Betley, was a major contributor into a regional World Bank study on the implications of weak budget management capacity on the implementation of Poverty Reduction Strategy Papers (PRSP) processes. The study focused on countries in Eastern Europe and Central Asia (ECA), preparing and implementing Poverty Reduction Strategies.
