| Mokoro consultant, Simon Groom, participated in a Public Expenditure review (PER) in Ghana for DFID, with particular responsibility for assessing the overall poverty stance of public expenditure, including the consistency between recent budgets, particularly in health and education, and the Ghana Poverty Reduction Strategy.
The review included an assessment of the extent to which significant strategic resource reallocations had been achieved in order to improve service delivery to the poor. |
