Elisabetta Lichy is Mokoro’s Programme Manager. She joined Mokoro in August 2019 and is responsible for overseeing Mokoro’s growing research and consultancy portfolio, as well as leading on organisational processes, systems development and operational management.
Since 2010 Elisabetta has worked for International Development Consultancies and UK National Charities managing their operations and contributing to the strategic development of complex multi-sectoral programmes, mainly in the areas of Governance, Health, Education, Social Protection, Nutrition, Employability, Social Services and WASH. Main clients included DfID, UNICEF, WB, DWP, UKCES and the EU. Previously Elisabetta has spent five years in the Southern African region working as a Senior Researcher and Fundraiser for NGOs in the field of economic cooperation and employability. Elisabetta’s areas of expertise include strategy, business development, change management, project and programme management, as well as training and people development.
