Recruitment: Business Development and Programme Manager

Mokoro are recruiting a Business Development and Programme Manager, to play a key role in business development, programme management, partnership development and systems improvement.

The position is part of Mokoro’s small, busy support team, usually based in the Oxford office. Flexible part-office, part-home working options are being considered for the long-term. The role is to: lead on proactive development of the portfolio of consultancy and research in line with Mokoro’s interests and ethos; lead on proposal development and bid writing; provide support to the management of assignments; establish/maintain processes and systems which ensure efficient and effective programme management.

We are looking for a flexible team player with senior management experience in international development or a comparable sector, and enthusiasm for working in a niche/ specialist organisation making a contribution to international development.
