| This consultancy assignment was to carry out the appraisal of a second phase programme of support by Sida to the Amhara Regional government. The programme focused on rural development and followed on from Phase 1 support which had been fully operational for three years since 1998.
A team of four consultants carried out a detailed appraisal of the proposed Phase 2 programme; a major rural development programme. The team produced a strategic document presenting findings and a proposed strategy for the Phase 2 programme with justification along with a revised draft version of the Phase 2 Programme Proposal. |
